举报内容或用户
在心情片段、回复、我画你猜内容、用户资料或回声会话中，打开内容或页面的更多操作菜单，选择“举报内容”或“举报用户”，选择原因后提交。举报会进入审核和投诉处理流程；平台可能隐藏内容、删除内容、限制功能或封禁账号。紧急人身风险请同时联系当地紧急服务。
屏蔽和管理已阻止用户
在用户资料、公开内容或回声会话的更多操作中选择“屏蔽用户”。屏蔽后，对方公开内容会从你的相关列表隐藏，双方不能继续通过回声发送消息。管理入口为“我的－设置－已阻止用户”，你可以查看列表并取消屏蔽。
删除内容和导出数据
你可以在对应内容页面删除自己有权删除的发布、照片、评论、语音和其他记录。中国区与海外区相互隔离，不支持跨区情侣空间。情侣空间的数据导出入口位于情侣空间相关设置或档案页面；导出的文件由导出者自行保管，分享前请确认其中没有伴侣不希望公开的信息。
永久注销账号
- 登录 Ormo；
- 进入“我的－设置”；
- 在“账户”区域点击“注销账号”；
- 阅读删除范围，并通过当前密码或 Apple 账号重新验证；
- 点击“永久删除”完成确认。
注销会清理账号、情侣空间及共同回忆等相关数据，操作不可撤销；法律要求保留或安全投诉处理所必需的信息除外。无法登录时，可使用账号关联邮箱联系 support@ormo.app 提交请求，我们会在核验身份后处理。
订阅不会随账号注销自动取消
删除 Ormo 账号不会自动取消由 Apple 管理的自动续订。注销前请前往 iOS“设置－Apple ID－订阅－Ormo”查看或取消订阅。注销后的订阅退款仍由 Apple 按其规则处理。

Report content or a user
From a Mood Fragment, reply, Draw & Guess item, user profile, or Echo conversation, open the more-actions menu and choose Report Content or Report User. Select a reason and submit. Reports enter moderation and complaint handling. Ormo may hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account. Contact local emergency services as well when someone faces immediate danger.
Block and manage blocked users
Choose Block User from a profile, public item, or Echo conversation. Their public content is hidden from relevant feeds and neither side can continue sending Echo messages. Open Me－Settings－Blocked Users to review the list or unblock someone.
Delete content and export data
Delete posts, photos, comments, voice memories, and other records you control from their respective screens. China and overseas regions are isolated and cross-region Couple Spaces are unavailable. Couple Space export is available from the relevant settings or archive screen. Protect exported files and check that they do not expose anything your partner does not want shared.
Permanently delete an account
- Sign in to Ormo.
- Open Me－Settings.
- Choose Delete Account in the Account section.
- Review the deletion scope and reauthenticate with your password or Apple account.
- Confirm Delete Forever.
This permanently removes the account, Couple Space, shared memories, and related data except records that must be retained by law or for necessary safety complaint handling. If you cannot sign in, contact support@ormo.app from an address associated with the account. We will process the request after identity verification.
Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription
An Apple-managed auto-renewable subscription is not cancelled automatically when the Ormo account is deleted. Before deletion, open iOS Settings－Apple ID－Subscriptions－Ormo to review or cancel it. Apple handles refund requests under its rules.
Complaints and appeals
Contact support@ormo.app for reports, enforcement appeals, privacy requests, or deletion help. Never send a password, SMS code, or complete payment credential.
