一、协议范围与接受
本协议适用于你注册、登录、访问和使用 Ormo iOS、Android App、网站及相关服务。Ormo 由个人开发者运营，签约主体以 App Store 产品页展示的开发者信息及中国区 APP 备案主体为准。勾选同意、完成注册、登录或实际使用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议及所引用的隐私政策、个人信息清单和内容规则。如不同意，请停止使用。
二、服务内容
Ormo 提供心情片段、内容回应、你画我猜、回声等轻互动，以及固定两位成员使用的情侣空间。情侣空间可能包含生日和纪念日、愿望、计划、共同习惯、每日问题、每周仪式、互动卡片、想念提醒、时光信、共同照片及评论、语音回忆、运动与实时路线、小组件、共同旅行计划、票务与路线时间轴、路线 PDF、数据导出、纪念日或旅行视频，以及“秘密同居”中的虚拟户型、装修、家具、种植、水族箱、共同宠物和每日双人照料等生活模拟功能。具体功能以你使用版本的实际页面为准。
Ormo 不提供医疗、心理诊断、心理治疗或紧急救助服务。遇到严重情绪困扰、人身安全风险或紧急情况，请优先联系可信赖的人、专业机构或当地紧急服务。
三、账号与年龄
- 你应使用自己有权使用的手机号或其他登录方式，并保证资料合法、真实、适当；
- 你应妥善保管账号、验证码和登录设备，不得买卖、出租、出借或转让账号；
- Ormo 当前仅面向年满18周岁的用户，未满18周岁请勿注册或使用；
- 发现账号被盗用或异常使用时，请及时修改凭证并联系我们。
四、情侣空间规则
情侣空间是固定双人、非公开的共同空间。邀请码仅应用于你希望绑定的对象，不应公开传播。双方应尊重彼此的个人信息、内容权利和分享选择，不得未经同意公开、传播、冒用或商业使用另一方内容。
部分内容具有共同属性。关闭情侣空间或注销任一相关账号，可能按产品提示删除共同内容且无法恢复。执行前请自行完成必要导出，并确认导出副本的保管责任由导出者承担。
五、位置、媒体与导出
活动记录仅在你主动开始并授权后运行。你可以选择仅自己可见、只向伴侣分享统计，或在本次活动期间向绑定伴侣近实时分享完整路线；结束或取消后停止定位和实时更新。旅行地点在你添加行程节点时用于地址解析和地图展示；你主动选择旅行照片后，系统可读取照片中可用的拍摄时间和位置元数据，用于匹配行程节点并展开路线，但不会自动扫描整本相册。票务与订单信息由你主动填写，请避免保存不必要的身份证件或支付信息。照片、票据截图、语音和评论由相应上传者或作者按产品能力管理。路线 PDF、纪念日视频、旅行视频和档案仅在你主动发起时生成；保存或分享给第三方后，由你选择的系统位置或第三方服务继续保管。
六、用户内容与授权
你对依法创作并提交的内容保留相应权利。为提供存储、展示、双方共享、传输、导出、安全审核、投诉处理和故障排查等服务，你授予 Ormo 在服务所必需范围内处理相关内容的非独占许可。情侣空间私密内容不会因该许可被公开展示。
你不得提交违法违规、侵权、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、诈骗引流、骚扰威胁、仇恨歧视、隐私泄露、恶意营销、脚本刷量或其他损害他人及服务安全的内容。
七、安全治理
Ormo 默认通过本地风险规则、用户举报和人工复核识别风险内容。只有在外部审核服务的数据处理信息已被明确告知并取得适用的单独同意后，才可使用 AI 辅助审核。用户可以举报、屏蔽并删除自己有权删除的内容。对有效举报的令人反感或违规内容，我们将在24小时内处理，并可采取隐藏或删除内容、限制功能、封禁账号等措施。
八、会员与虚拟权益
Ormo 可提供 Ormo Plus 自动续订会员和 M币消耗型项目。核心情侣互动无需会员；Plus 将每月新增语音回忆额度以及心情片段、你画我猜的每日额度提升为免费额度的两倍，提供纪念档案导出半价、纪念长图及每月2次视频等增强权益；纪念档案、超出会员次数的视频、高级情侣主题和秘密小屋的可选领养内容可按页面说明使用 M币。付费情侣主题永久归购买账号所有，可在当前情侣空间共享使用，但不会随解绑转移给伴侣。商品名称、最终价格、周期、自动续订、取消、恢复购买和使用规则以购买页面及《会员与虚拟权益说明》为准。iOS 数字权益统一通过 Apple 内购处理。
九、服务变更、适用法律与责任限制
我们可能根据安全、合规、运营或技术需要调整功能。因网络、设备、第三方服务、不可抗力或必要维护导致的中断，我们会在合理范围内努力恢复。法律允许范围内，Ormo 不对用户自行向外分享内容、错误授权、设备遗失或第三方处理造成的损失承担超出法定范围的责任。中国服务区用户与运营者的争议原则上适用中华人民共和国法律；其他地区用户依其居住地不可排除的强制性消费者与隐私保护法律享有权利。发生争议时请先通过 support@ormo.app 协商；协商不成时，任何一方可向有管辖权的法院主张权利。
十、账号注销与联系
你可以在 App 内申请注销账号。除法律法规要求保留或安全投诉处理所必需的信息外，我们将删除或匿名化相关个人信息。问题、投诉或申诉请联系 support@ormo.app，我们通常在15个工作日内回复。

1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the Ormo iOS and Android apps, website, and related services. Ormo is operated by the individual developer identified on its App Store product page and, for the China service region, in the applicable app filing. By agreeing, registering, signing in, or using Ormo, you accept these Terms and the referenced privacy and content policies.
2. Services
Ormo provides emotional expression, content-based responses, drawings, in-app interactions, and a private Couple Space fixed to two members. Couple Space may include dates, wishes, plans, habits, questions, rituals, cards, nudges, time capsules, photos and comments, voice memories, activities, widgets, shared travel plans, tickets, itinerary timelines, route PDFs, exports, and anniversary or travel videos. Ormo is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or emergency service.
3. Accounts and age
You must use a sign-in method you are authorized to use, protect your credentials, and provide lawful and appropriate profile information. Ormo is intended only for users aged 18 or above.
4. Couple Space
Couple Space is a non-public shared space for one fixed pair. Do not share invite codes publicly or disclose, distribute, impersonate, or commercially use your partner’s content without permission. Closing a space or deleting a related account may permanently remove shared content as described in the app.
5. Location, media, and exports
Activity tracking starts only after you actively begin and grant permission. You choose private, stats-only, or full-route sharing. Itinerary places use address lookup and map display when you add them. Available capture-time and location metadata may be read from travel photos you actively select to match stops by time and place and display the route; Ormo does not automatically scan your whole library. Ticket and booking details are entered by you; avoid unnecessary identity or payment information. Exports, route PDFs, and videos are created only at your request; copies you save or share are then handled by the destination you choose.
6. User content
You retain applicable rights in lawful content you submit and grant Ormo a non-exclusive license to process it only as needed for storage, display, pair sharing, delivery, export, moderation, support, and security. This does not authorize public display of private Couple Space content.
7. Safety
Illegal, infringing, explicit, violent, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, privacy-violating, spam, automated abuse, or unsafe content is prohibited. Ormo uses local risk rules, reports, and human review by default. External AI-assisted moderation may be used only after its data processing has been clearly disclosed and applicable separate permission has been obtained. We act on valid objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts.
8. Membership
Ormo may offer Ormo Plus auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable M Coins. Core couple interactions do not require Plus. Plus doubles monthly new voice-memory and daily Mood Note and Draw & Guess limits, halves keepsake archive export costs, adds photo keepsakes, and includes 2 videos per month. Keepsake archives, videos beyond that allowance, Premium Couple Themes, and optional Secret Home adoptions may use M Coins as disclosed before confirmation. A paid theme remains permanently owned by the purchasing account and may be shared in the current Couple Space, but ownership does not transfer to a partner when the space changes. The purchase screen and Membership Policy govern final price, duration, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and use. iOS digital benefits are processed through Apple in-app purchase.
9. Changes, law, and limitations
Features may change for security, compliance, operational, or technical reasons. We work to restore interruptions caused by networks, devices, third parties, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control. China-region disputes are generally governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Users elsewhere retain mandatory consumer and privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in their place of residence. Contact support@ormo.app first; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
10. Account deletion and contact
You may request account deletion in the app. We delete or anonymize related information except where retention is legally required or necessary for safety complaints. Contact support@ormo.app.
